SAP WM Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP WM Consultant to handle production support, incident resolution, and enhancement activities for SAP Warehouse Management (WM). The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in SAP WM, collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, and ensure timely resolution of issues while delivering system improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day SAP WM production support and incident management.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues within agreed SLAs.
• Gather business requirements and implement enhancements in SAP WM.
• Perform impact analysis, functional design, testing, and deployment of enhancements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional SAP teams, including MM, SD, PP, and Basis, to resolve integrated process issues.
• Support defect fixes, change requests, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare functional specifications and maintain project documentation.
• Conduct unit testing, support UAT, and assist during production deployments.
• Provide user support, knowledge transfer, and documentation as required.
• Participate in root cause analysis and recommend preventive solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong functional experience in SAP Warehouse Management (WM).
• Experience in handling production support, incidents, and enhancement projects.
• Good understanding of warehouse processes including inbound, outbound, inventory management, and stock transfers.
• Experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional solutions.
• Knowledge of SAP integration with MM, SD, and PP modules.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• SAP WM certification is an added advantage.
• Experience in ITIL-based support environments is preferred.
