Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP WM Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Warehouse Management, with hands-on experience in implementation and configuration.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SAP WM solutions according to business requirements.
• Conduct system analysis, design, and testing for SAP WM modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP WM with other modules.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP WM issues.
• Train and mentor end-users on SAP WM processes and functionalities.

Skills and Qualifications

• 6-15 years of experience in SAP Warehouse Management (WM) module.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and logistics.
• Proficiency in SAP WM configuration and implementation.
• Experience with integration between SAP WM and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD).
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

1. Complete knowledge on warehouse structure , strategies configuration and customization
2. End to End Inbound and outbound logistic process.
3. Handling Unit management and packing specifications 
4. Physical inventory and stock reconciliation process
5. Integration with IM,  MM , SD and O2C modules 
6. Vendor managed inventory and CMO/3PL integration
7. IDOC /interfaces and automation with 3PL 
8. Understanding on Temperature controlled storage(Cold Chain)
9. Set up Output , smartform and print process
10. RF set up and solutions 
11. EWM and Fiori app awareness,

1. Experienced in playing a major role in implementation in pharmaceutical or FMCG project
2. Excellent consultancy skills, basic technical knowledge to debug.
3. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
4. Experience in writing functional requirements / designs
5. Documentation and cross-functional skills
6. Ability to work independently as well as in project teams with a pro-active attitude
