SAP Vistex Functional Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Vistex V4 Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Vistex Rebates and Incentive Management. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in business process consulting, SAP SD/Order‐ to‐ Cash (OTC) integration, and end‐ to‐ end Vistex implementations, with proven hands‐on experience across Chargebacks, Billbacks, Rebates, Claims, Accruals, and Settlements.

This role requires the ability to independently design, configure, test, and support complex Vistex solutions, while effectively collaborating with cross‐functional teams and senior business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Business Process Consulting & Solution Design

• Lead business process consulting, problem definition, and solution architecture/design for SAP Vistex implementations.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, sustainable Vistex functional designs and Configurations.
• Design and configure end‐ to‐ end SAP V4 Vistex business processes.
• Ensure strong alignment between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.

SAP Vistex Functional Expertise

• Perform hands‐on configuration and solution design for SAP Vistex modules, including:
• Chargebacks
• Billbacks
• Customer Rebates
• Distributor Channel Rebates
• Incentives / Paybacks
• Pricing and Rebate Agreements
• Claims Processing
• Accrual and Settlement Management
• Demonstrated expertise in distributor channel rebate models and indirect sales scenarios.
• Strong working knowledge of the Vistex Transactional and Composite Model.

Integration & Technical Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with SAP SD, OTC, MM, MDG, and FI teams to ensure seamless end‐to‐end integration.
• Hands‐on experience with EDI integrations involving distributors and customers.
• Support system integration testing and defect analysis/resolution across integrated landscapes.
• Provide clear functional guidance to ABAP and technical teams for enhancements, custom developments, and issue resolution.

Implementation & Delivery

Required experience includes:

o At least one full end‐ to‐ end SAP Vistex implementation, OR

o 10+ years of hands‐ on SAP Vistex functional experience

• Must have distributor channel rebate project experience.
• Led complex implementations, enhancements, and global rollouts.
• Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously within a cross‐ divisional and cross‐ functional environment.

Operate effectively both independently and within a collaborative team structure.
