SAP VIM Consultant (OpenText)

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) Consultant with extensive experience in SAP OpenText VIM and S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Accounts Payable, Invoice Automation, and SAP MM/FI integration, ensuring efficient and compliant invoice management across global business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement SAP OpenText VIM solutions, upgrades, and support.
• Configure VIM Workflows, Document Processing (DP), ICC/OCR, and Approval processes.
• Integrate VIM with SAP MM and FI for PO and Non-PO invoices.
• Manage exception handling, duplicate invoice checks, and workflow escalations.
• Support S/4HANA migration projects and ensure component compatibility.
• Collaborate with business teams to define functional specifications.
• Conduct UAT, training, and post-go-live support.
• Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and configuration guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

7+ years of hands-on SAP VIM (OpenText) experience

Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and P2P processes

Proficiency in Document Processing, ICC, Analytics, and Workflow Configuration

Experience with SAP MM, FI, and Workflow

Familiarity with Archiving and Document Access (DA)

Excellent troubleshooting and integration skills (IDoc, BAPI)

Good understanding of OCR tools, validation rules, and exception handling

Preferred Skills:

• SAP VIM / OpenText Certification
• S/4HANA Migration Experience
• Familiarity with RPA or AP automation tools
• Exposure to Fiori My Inbox, WS, BOR Objects

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
