Job Summary
Looking for an SAP VIM Consultant with strong experience in Vendor Invoice Management, support projects, and integration with S/4HANA. The role involves handling tickets, system optimization, and working closely with finance and procurement teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve VIM tickets and change requests
- Support and lead SAP VIM support projects
- Configure and optimize invoice capture, workflows, and reporting
- Work with Finance & Procurement teams for process alignment
- Handle integration with S/4HANA and other systems
- Perform testing, issue resolution, and system improvements
- Provide end-user training and support
- Maintain documentation and troubleshooting guides
Must-Have Skills
- 4+ years SAP experience with 3+ years in SAP VIM
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable & invoice processing
- Hands-on in VIM configuration and customization
- Experience in VIM support & ticket handling
- Integration knowledge with SAP modules / S/4HANA
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Good to Have
- SAP VIM Certification
- Experience in VIM upgrades
- Exposure to large-scale VIM projects
- Experience in team handling / leadership
