What we are looking for: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with teams, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring seamless application performance aligned with business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as SME and guide the team.
• Manage team decisions and collaborate across multiple groups.
• Provide solutions to complex problems.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must-Have: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA.
• Strong knowledge of application design principles.
• Experience with SAP module integration and third-party applications.
• Troubleshooting and issue resolution expertise.
• Familiarity with agile practices and project management tools.
• Configure FICA functionalities (contract account groups, payment terms, installment plans, dunning).
• Perform custom enhancements, ABAP debugging, user exits.
• Develop/support ABAP reports, interfaces, workflows.
• Collaborate on integration points (IDocs, BAPIs, Web Services, PI/PO, CPI).
• Troubleshoot production issues (payment processing, postings, reconciliations).
• Implement external system interfaces (payment gateways, bank interfaces, third-party collections).
