SAP US Payroll Specialist

Experience:

· Min 6+ yrs in SAP/SF Payroll (US Payroll)

Key Skills:

1) 6+ years SAP US Payroll experience; SAP ECP certified-Optional

2) Strong knowledge of US payroll processes

3) Delivered at least 2 end-to-end implementation projects; experience in large, cross-functional teams

4) Lead process discovery: document as-is, design/recommend to-be, and map processes to SAP/SuccessFactors

5) Translate business needs into requirements; identify gaps/constraints and recommend solutions

6) Configure and unit test relevant SAP/SuccessFactors modules; troubleshoot payroll schemas/PCRs and resolve errors

7) Produce/review key documentation (Functional Specs, Configuration Workbooks)

8) Develop and execute test strategy: scenarios, scripts, cases, data; validate interfaces (mapping and reconciliation)

9) US compliance expertise: country-specific tax forms and year-end activities

10) Support cutover, go-live, and hypercare; coordinate issue resolution with internal teams and 3rd-party vendors

11) Drive delivery management: clear stakeholder communication, status/RAID management, change control, and escalations

12) Own outcomes: estimation and planning, on-time/on-budget delivery, quality controls, and client satisfaction

13) Preferred: finance and 3rd-party integration experience (e.g., ADP)

14) Excellent verbal and written communication skills
