Key Job Responsibilities
4+ years of SAP US payroll experience.
- Experience of US Payroll and HR processes in a technical capacity – PA/OM, Payroll
- Should have worked on at least two implementation projects
- Should have experience of working in large/disparate teams
- Understand Business Processes
- Identify, document as-is processes and design & recommend to-be processes
- Map Business Processes to SAP/SuccessFactors
- Analyze & identify system limitations and requirement gaps
- Configure & unit test in relevant SAP/SuccessFactors modules
- Write/ review Functional Specification / Configuration Workbook documents
- Develop test scenarios, scripts, cases, data
- Lead and/or support cutover preparation, go-live activities and hypercare support
- Should have troubleshooting knowledge of payroll schema, PCR's , Identify and fix errors
- Strong payroll skills with good understanding of benefits, time management & OM/PA
- Interfaces testing with mapping and validation
- Good knowledge on country specific tax forms and year end activities
- Understand Business Processes. Map Business Processes to SAP/SuccessFactors
