- Proficient in overseeing a support ticketing queue with multiple open items, demonstrating strong written and oral communication skills;

- Possesses strong knowledge and experience in HANA Database and MS SQL Database Administration;
- Possesses configuration knowledge on SAP cloud offerings such as BTP, SAC, Cloud connector, etc;
- Should be familiar with SAP interfacing solutions such as OpenText, Redwood, Evolve and Information Steward;
- Should have experience in Disaster recovery setup and testing;
- SAP BOBI, Data services installation, configuration and administration;
- Proficient in the use of methodologies supported by SAP industry leading practices;
- ITIL process knowledge/understanding is highly preferred;
- Implementation support experience using Solution Manager
- Worked on integration with other ECC modules;
- Training / Awareness on Net Weaver Components;
- Exposure to interfaces like ALE/IDOC or EDI/IDOC with little technical knowledge;
