Job Title: SAP TM Consultant

Location: Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad, India (Hybrid)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced SAP TM Consultant with strong expertise in Load Planning to join our team and drive transportation management solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, enhancing, and optimizing SAP Transportation Management (TM) processes, with a strong focus on load planning and optimization capabilities. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with logistics and supply chain requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on S/4HANA TM implementations, contribute to complex transportation scenarios, and play a key role in improving operational efficiency through advanced planning solutions

This role may involve working with or supporting one of MatchPoint Solutions client organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance SAP TM Load Planning and Load Optimizer functionalities
• Implement technical enhancements supporting container planning and settlement
• Support functional concepts with technically robust and scalable solutions
• Debug, performance-tune, and support all testing and deployment activities

Qualifications:

Required:

Extensive hands-on experience in:

• Automatic Load Planning enhancements
• Load Optimizer configuration, enhancement, and tuning

Strong ABAP expertise in SAP TM, including:

• BAdIs, Enhancements, User Exits, and performance optimization

Solid functional understanding of:

• Load planning and optimization logic
• Container-based consolidation scenarios
• Freight settlement impact of load planning and container utilization
• Transportation proposals and cost calculation integration
