Your role
The Training Lead (DI) is responsible for defining and delivering the training and capability‑building strategy for the SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation under the ampliFi program. The role ensures that Finance and Business users are effectively trained, ready for go‑live, and able to operate SAP solutions confidently in BAU, in line with UBS risk, control, and governance standards.
- define and own the end‑to‑end training strategy for SAP S/4HANA Finance, aligned to program milestones and rollout plans.
- design and oversee delivery of role‑based training for Finance, Controllers, SMEs, and BAU users.
- translate SAP solution designs and business processes into clear, practical training content.
- coordinate training activities across entities, releases, and user groups.
- partner with Deployment, Change, and Business teams to ensure user readiness and adoption.
- track and report on training progress, risks, and readiness to senior stakeholders.
- ensure training materials and delivery meet control, audit, and regulatory expectations.
- support development of super‑user and SME capability models to enable sustainable knowledge transfer.

You will join the SAP Transformation team, working closely with Group Finance, Finance Domain Leads, Design Authority, Data & Integration Architecture, and Testing, Deployment and Change teams.
You will operate in a highly collaborative, matrix environment, influencing across business and technology functions, and partnering with senior stakeholders to drive alignment and successful delivery at scale.
Your expertise
Required Experience & Skills
- proven experience leading training for large‑scale SAP S/4HANA transformations, preferably in Finance.
- strong understanding of finance processes and SAP delivery lifecycles.
- experience delivering training in complex, global rollout environments.
- ability to translate complex topics into clear and structured learning approaches.
- strong stakeholder management and communication skills, operating at Director level.
- structured, risk‑aware mindset aligned to UBS governance standards.
- experience in standing up and running Train the Trainer programs for SAP Finance Modules is a plus.
