Role Description

The SAP Trainer SD role is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. The trainer will design and deliver instructor-led sessions on SAP SD processes, configuration, and best practices to engineering and IT professionals. Daily responsibilities include preparing training materials and case studies, conducting classroom and lab sessions, guiding participants through hands-on exercises, and assessing learner progress through assignments and evaluations. The role also involves mapping SAP SD concepts to real-world business processes, providing individual mentoring, and collaborating with other trainers to keep course content aligned with current industry standards. The trainer will support curriculum enhancements, maintain training documentation, and participate in feedback and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong SAP SD expertise, with the ability to explain configuration, order-to-cash processes, and integration with other SAP modules.
• Candidates should possess effective Training and facilitation skills, including curriculum development, classroom management, and learner assessment.
• Candidates should possess an understanding of Business Process analysis and mapping, with the ability to relate SAP functionalities to real-world scenarios.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Materials Management and basic familiarity with related SAP modules such as SAP FICO for cross-functional context.
• Candidates should possess Consulting-oriented skills, including problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and the ability to advise learners on career and implementation topics.
• Relevant bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Prior experience as a SAP trainer, implementation consultant, or power user in SAP SD or related modules.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to diverse learner groups.
• Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore and collaborate within a cross-functional training environment.
