Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise in SAP TM module, including functionality and business processes.
- Act as authority on integration of business processes with SAP Master Data, various SAP modules, and subscribing systems.
- Guide businesses on the effective and appropriate use of SAP systems.
- Review, analyze, and evaluate existing business processes within SAP TM functionality.
- Configure and maintain relevant SAP TM components and ensure proper documentation.
- Support business users with end-user training and adoption of SAP TM functionality.
- Support Extract, Transform, and Cleanse (ETC) of SAP TM data objects.
- Create and manage SAP TM project tracks to implement or deploy capabilities, including blueprints, gap analysis, end-to-end process design, testing strategy, cutover plans, and training.
- Prepare functional specifications for application development objects (interfaces, conversions, enhancements, reports, and forms) and guide development teams in implementation.
- Mentor team members in technology, architecture, and delivery of SAP applications.
- Maintain strong communication and presentation skills to interact effectively with senior leadership.
Job Requirements:
- Extensive experience with SAP TM module and S/4HANA systems.
- Certification in SAP configuration and/or specific SAP modules is mandatory.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.
- Self-directed with the ability to work independently.
- Strong executive presence and ability to interact with senior leadership.
