Responsibilities:
- • Analysing, advising, and making recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the technical solutions implemented.
- • Engage with clients to gather and analyse their business requirements and provide in-depth knowledge and insights into module functionalities, configurations, and best practices.
- • Translate client requirements into SAP module specifications and configurations.
- • Design SAP solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems and workflows.
- • Lead the implementation of SAP modules, ensuring timely and successful deployment.
- • Manage SAP module projects from initiation through to completion.
- • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- • Develop and execute test plans to ensure SAP module functionality and performance.
- • Identify and resolve any issues or defects in the SAP solutions.
- • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support go-live activities.
- • Create comprehensive documentation for SAP module configurations, processes, and user guides.
- • Prepare regular status reports on project progress, issues, and resolutions.
- • Provide training sessions and support to end-users and client teams.
- • Develop training materials and user manuals.
- • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance post-implementation.
- • Liaise with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- • Stay updated with the latest SAP module features, enhancements, and industry trends.
- • Identify potential risks and issues related to SAP module implementations. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- • Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure system integrity.
Mandatory Skills Description:
- S• 5+ years of experience in SAP Transportation Management
- • Experience with S/4HANA embedded Transportation Management with Shipper scenario
- • Strong experience in Order management, Planning with optimizer, Execution and Settlement processes.
- • Hands-on experience with a minimum of two end-to-end implementation projects
- • Experience with SAP LBN (Business Network for logistics) is a value-add.
- • Deep experience with integration to other SAP modules like MM, SD, FI/CO and EWM
