Sap Tm Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliverend-to-end SAP TM implementation projects(at least 12 full lifecycle implementations).
• Configure and support SAP TM modules includingPlanning, Execution, Charge Management, andSettlement.
• Gather business requirements and convert them into functional specifications.
• Work onFreight Unit (FU), Freight Order (FO), Freight Agreements, Tariffs, and Rate Determination.
• Integrate SAP TM withSAP ECC/S/4HANA,EWM,SD,MM, and other logistics modules.
• Conduct workshops, prepare design documents, test scripts, and lead UAT.
• Support go-live and provide post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in SAP TM(Functional).
• Mandatory: At least 12 end-to-end SAP TM implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge ofTransportation Planning,Load Consolidation,Optimization, andExecution.
• Experience withSAP TM 9.x or S/4HANA TM.
• Good understanding of logistics and supply chain business processes.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience withAgile methodologies.
• SAP TM certification.
• Experience inPI/PO, EDI, or other integration technologies.
