We are seeking a skilled SAP FP&A Testing Professional to join our team. With overall and relevant experience of 10+ years, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in testing SAP FP&A solutions, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial planning and analysis processes. This role involves working closely with the development and finance teams to identify and resolve issues, improve system performance, and support the implementation of new features.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute test strategy, plans, test cases, and test scripts for SAP FP&A modules.
Perform functional, integration, and regression testing to ensure system reliability and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
Identify, document, and track defects and issues, and work with developers to resolve them.
Conduct root cause analysis of defects and provide recommendations for improvements.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users as needed.
Maintain and update testing documentation and ensure compliance with testing standards and best practices.
Participate in the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in SAP FP&A testing, with a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis processes.
Proficiency in SAP FP&A modules and related tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Experience with automated testing tools is a plus.
