Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage SAP testing processes, ensuring adherence to best practices, standards, and methodologies.
Develop and implement software testing strategies, plans, and execution frameworks.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, ABAP teams, and Functional Analysts, to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.
Design end-to-end business process flows for SAP applications.
Utilize test management tools for planning, execution, and tracking testing efforts.
Monitor and maintain testing KPIs to assess the effectiveness of testing efforts.
Oversee defect lifecycle management, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
Provide guidance and mentorship to testing teams, driving continuous process improvements.
Work closely with automation teams, sharing functional knowledge and supporting script development and remediation.
Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards through test planning, execution, and validation.
Manage effort tracking for all testing-related tasks and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Prepare and present comprehensive test reports and documentation to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Expertise in SAP Testing (a must).
Strong knowledge of SAP MM (Material Management) and SAP Retail.
Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation (good to have).
In-depth understanding of different SDLC and Testing Life Cycles.
Strong oral and written communication skills (a must).
Excellent documentation and presentation skills (a must).
Experience in test management tools and methodologies.
Proficiency in managing and maintaining testing KPIs and defect lifecycle management.
Ability to train, mentor, and manage teams on testing best practices and methodologies.
Experience in working with automation teams for knowledge sharing and script development.
Exposure to test reporting and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in SAP Testing or related fields.
Experience in Agile methodologies and test automation tools.
