SAP Test Manager

• End-to-End Testing Management: Oversee all phases of testing, including Unit Testing, System Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regulatory Testing related to SOX and other compliance standards.
• Test Case Review & Planning: Collaborate with functional and technical teams to review test cases and create detailed test plans, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and alignment with business requirements.
• Infrastructure Testing: Manage and execute integration/connectivity testing, performance testing, Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT), and Disaster Recovery (DR) testing to ensure system robustness and availability.
• SAP & Non-SAP Integration Testing: Perform integration testing between SAP and Non-SAP systems, including third-party applications, to ensure smooth data flow and end-to-end business process functionality.
• Upgrade/Migration Testing: Lead testing efforts during upgrade and migration cycles, managing test execution, ensuring thorough testing coverage, and providing guidance during all stages of the cycle.
• Defect Management: Manage defects by facilitating triage meetings and ensuring defect resolution, coordinating with various technical and functional teams to ensure timely defect fixes.
• Risk & Issue Management: Actively identify and manage testing risks and issues, providing regular reports and status updates on potential blockers, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Test Documentation & Sign-Off: Review and ensure the accuracy of test documentation (test cases, test results, etc.) and manage the process of test sign-offs, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained before moving to production.
• Go-Live & Hypercare Support: Oversee the testing aspects during Go-Live and provide post-Go-Live Hypercare support for defect tracking, ensuring smooth transition and issue resolution post-deployment.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with SAP and Non-SAP integration testing.
• Expertise in System Testing, UAT, Performance Testing, OAT, DR testing, and other regulatory testing.
• Proficiency in defect management and risk mitigation.
• Experience with managing testing cycles during upgrades and migrations.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure test case quality and comprehensive coverage.
