Job Title: SAP Test Delivery Lead

Must Have: Strong communication skills and experience managing SAP Test Managers, SAP Project Managers, or SAP Test Architects.

A BAU test delivery lead is responsible for overseeing and managing the activities of a testing function BAU team.

Responsible for overseeing and managing the Test activities for ongoing Maintenance, Support and enhancement of live systems and applications. Responsible for ensuring fixes, changes to production environments are thoroughly tested and meet quality standard before deployment. Collaborate closely with development, Support, and business teams to maintain operational stability and deliver high quality software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities -

1. Responsible for developing and implementing Test strategies for BAU releases, Fixes, Updates, Maintenance, hotfixes, and minor enhancements.

2. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams including functional, business, technical and project teams and contribute on key decisions.

3. Define test scope, objectives, and deliverables for each BAU cycle.

4. Manage all test processes, including test plans, resources, costs, timescales, test deliverables, and traceability.

5. Ensure test automation KPIs are documented, tracked, monitored, and reported.

6. Experience with preparing and presenting weekly / monthly dashboard / governance reports to customer stakeholders and project teams.

7. Experience with proposing and implementing test automation improvements with an objective to improve quality and efficiency of testing services, processes and tools in tangible manner.

8. Lead a team of support engineers for providing support to end users on test tools - ALM, UFT and TOSCA.

9. Ensure data integrity and adhere to regulatory standards.

10. Manage client relationships with respect to testing matters. Identifies process improvements and contributes to testing standards and definition of best practice.

11. Lead the Test Engineering Team to ensure that a high-performance team culture is adopted.

12. Supports and promotes the development and sharing of test engineering knowledge within the organization and testing practice.

14. Ensure test tool management KPIs are documented, tracked, monitored, and reported.

15. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

16. Experience with AI tools for testing tools, processes.

Professional and Technical Skills -

1. Experience with test automation tools such as TOSCA and test management tool like ALM.

2. Experience in Agile development methodologies.

3. Experience working as a lead in a testing / quality function for SAP / ERP landscape.

4. Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and other tools like JIRA.

5. Experience with UFT and Load Runner.

6. Very strong understanding of all ITSM processes of service requests, incident management, change management and release management.
