SAP Technology Specialist - S/4HANA Record-to-Report (RTR)

Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced SAP Technology Specialist with minimum 12+ years of experience in SAP ECC/S/4HANA to join a global ERP transformation program. You will lead design & build activities in collaboration with vendor partner teams, ensuring scalable, Clean Core–aligned solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and build of SAP S/4HANA Record-to-Report (RTR) solutions.
• Drive solution design, governance, and global template enhancements aligned with Clean Core principles.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and implementation partners to deliver scalable SAP solutions.
• Support global S/4HANA rollouts and continuous product improvements.

Qualifications/ Required Skills

• Strong expertise in SAP FI/CO, including General Ledger (GL), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO).
• Experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Design & Build projects and global template implementations.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate, Fit-to-Standard, and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with Group Reporting or Project Systems (PS) is an added advantage.
