SAP- Technical Trainer (FSCM, GRC, BRIM, MDG)

Role Description

The SAP Technical Trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive technical training on SAP software to individuals and corporate clients. This involves designing and executing training plans, presenting course material effectively, assessing learners progress, and providing tailored feedback to ensure mastery of concepts. The role also includes staying updated on the latest SAP developments to maintain course relevance and quality. This is a full-time, remote role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to connect with learners in a virtual environment.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise as a Technical Trainer with experience in Technical Training and Training & Development
• (FSCM, GRC, BRIM, MDG)
• Strong knowledge of SAP software, including relevant technical and functional modules.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse learners.
• Ability to design and deliver effective training programs and assess learner progression.
• Proficiency in using online training tools and platforms to enhance remote learning experiences.
• Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills to align with organizational goals and values.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Education, or SAP-related certifications is a plus.
• Experience in virtual training delivery or e-learning content creation is advantageous.
