- - Formulates clear project plans incl. milestones, timeline and sub projects
- - Communicates messages relevant for project in a timely manner and with constructive feedback to project team
- - Captures opinions and expectations of stakeholder and communicates them to the project team

- - Shares in-depth knowledge and experience with direct team to enable decision-making and provide innovative solutions to complex business issues

- - Drives the implementation and adoption of In house backup solution, ensuring project success by managing schedules, deliverables, and customer satisfaction, while establishing and maintaining trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- - Driving the implementation of Snappy backup solution.
- - Setting-up and leading all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, implementation, documentation, training, and closure.
- - Working with stake holders , partners, and SAP management to effectively manage and lead projects to ensure successful completion and significant impact on business KPI.
- - Ensuring customer satisfaction within the managed projects, including schedules, deliverables, and overall project success.
- - Organizing interdepartmental activities to ensure project completion.
- - Keeping a pro-active, problem solving, can-do attitude and customer first mindset.
- - Building credibility / trust with stakeholders.
- - Providing oversight on implementation planning & estimating and coordinating multiple stakeholders and partners as required.
- - Selecting, directing, and developing your team members in accordance with the project goals
