SAP Technical Lead - Data Migration

This position responsibility is to transform legacy data into S4 using SAP BO Data Services (BODS) and ABAP programming.

• Design and develop BODS program to load data in SAP using RFC, IDOCs and ABAP.
• SAP Data Services Developer with experience in Data Integration and Data Migration domains.
• Data profiling, data cleansing, data validation and data analysis.
• Designing and maintaining Core Data Services (CDS) and data extraction, transformation and load data using the ETL tool.
• Build RICEFW's (Reports, Conversions)
• Performance Tuning, problem solving skills and Debugging/Defect Management
• ABAP programming and development of BODS services.
• To work with stakeholders and other Ford and vendor teams to ensure service availability
• To consult with architects to ensure design compliant to architecture standards and principles
• Reviews code developed by software engineers and provide feedback to ensure quality deliverable
• Ensures technical inspectionsare performed at appropriate stages of development
• Create production support documentation and provide production support for the conversion objects developed
• To thrive in a fast-paced working norm and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
• To collaborate with vendors, Ford IT and Business teams and meet the enterprise objectives.
• Effective team player working with Onsite and Offshore teams
• Work hands-on with the product teams to prioritize, plan, and deliver the platform foundations capabilities.

Minimum 10+ years of SAP Data Migration/ Conversion experience, preferably in the Finance, Purchasing and Manufacturing modules

Database experience must include SAP HANA.

Experience in IDOC processing ,APIs and SAP data migration projects.
