We are looking for an experienced SAP Technical Lead with deep expertise in SAP ABAP, SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, S/4HANA, Clean Core Architecture, and SAP Cloud Extensibility to lead enterprise transformation and modernization initiatives.

Role Overview:

As a SAP Technical Lead, you will be responsible for driving technical architecture, solution design, development standards, and modernization strategies across SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP landscapes. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable, future-ready SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead SAP technical architecture and solution design initiatives

Architect composable, API-driven, and event-based solutions using SAP BTP and on-premise SAP systems

Drive SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, and Clean Core transformation programs

Design and implement SAP extension strategies using the SAP 3-Tier Extensibility Model

Lead ABAP Cloud and RAP-based application development initiatives

Develop and optimize enterprise integrations using:

• OData Services

• IDOCs

• RFCs

• Proxies

• SOAP/REST Web Services

Guide SAP Fiori application development and Key User Extensibility initiatives

Drive code pushdown strategies using:

• CDS Views

• AMDP

• SAP HANA Modelling

• ABAP OO

Perform code reviews, performance optimization, and quality governance using:

• ATC

• Onapsis

• SAP Best Practices

Mentor development teams and establish technical standards across projects

Support SAP upgrades, modernization, and RICEFW remediation initiatives

Mandatory Skills:

15+ years of SAP Technical Development experience

Extensive expertise in:

• SAP ABAP

• RICEFW Development

• SAP S/4HANA

Strong hands-on experience with:

• SAP BTP Architecture

• ABAP Cloud

• RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model)

• SAP Fiori

Expertise in:

• CDS Views

• AMDP

• HANA Modelling

• Code Pushdown Techniques

Strong integration experience using:

• OData

• IDOCs

• RFCs

• Proxies

• Web Services

Experience with:

• Clean Core Implementation

• Application Extension Methodology

• 3-Tier Extensibility Model

Strong background in:

• Performance Optimization

• ATC Checks

• Onapsis

• Technical Governance

• Technical Mentoring
