1.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Candidate would act as an SAP Basis Administrator performing S/4 HANA and its related system installation with hands on experience on S/4 HANA related upgrades, maintenance and configuration. Working knowledge on maintenance of S4/HANA database & its related components like SAP Solution Manager, SAP PO/PI (Process Orchestration / Process Integration), SAP GRC, SAP Web Despatcher and working knowledge on SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) & its integration with S/4 HANA, perform patch and service stack upgrades etc.
- Candidate would be responsible for performing Load Balancing of Application & DB servers.
- Candidate would be responsible for overall performance of different SAP systems and its related Components including its monitoring and issue resolution.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP Environment, Implementing best SAP BASIS practices, DB & OS Patch Management (Notes & version upgrade), Managing SAP Transport, Scheduling jobs, SAP Performance Tuning, Managing SAP related activity on DR(Disaster Recovery) & HA(High Availability) Envt as well
- Responsible for SAP and its related system landscape configuration and operations, SAP (Application, DB, related SAP components & OS) system Backup, Archiving, Applying SAP related Add Ons services and components, Space management, User Roles Management, Maintaining of SAP landscape as per audit related guidelines and ensuring compliance.
- Responsible for Daily / Weekly / Monthly monitoring, reporting, administrating, troubleshooting and tuning of all SAP systems
- Candidate should have experience and knowledge of the SAP Application, DB & related system architecture
- Candidate should also have knowledge of ABAP
2.SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- BE/BTech/MBA/MCA Full-Time Education
- SAP Certification preferred in any of the platforms such as BASIS, SOLUTION MANAGER, PI/PO, S/4 HANA etc.
Work Experience
- 4-7 years of experience as SAP BASIS Administrator.
