We're Hiring | SAP Technical Architect – SAP BTP, Datasphere & SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
Experience: 12-16 Years
Are you an experienced SAP Technical Architect with expertise in SAP BTP, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Join our team to design and deliver enterprise-scale analytics and data integration solutions that drive business insights and digital transformation.
In this role, you'll define SAP data architecture, lead technical governance, and build scalable, high-performance solutions while collaborating with global business and technology teams.
What You'll Do
Solution Architecture
- Design and evolve the enterprise SAP architecture for SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- Lead end-to-end solution design for data integration, analytics, reporting, and enterprise data models.
- Review, assess, and approve development and integration designs.
- Define technical roadmaps and prioritize the development backlog.
- Drive SAP best practices, Clean Core principles, and architecture governance.
Development & Technical Leadership
- Design and implement SAP solutions using SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Define extensibility strategies using SAP BTP, including in-app and side-by-side extension approaches.
- Guide development teams on architecture, coding standards, and technical best practices.
- Act as the technical escalation point for complex integration, data, and performance challenges.
Integration & Monitoring
- Design and implement enterprise integration using IDoc, EDI, OData, REST, SOAP APIs, and SAP integration technologies.
- Define and govern interface standards and SAP AIF monitoring frameworks.
- Implement reliable, high-performance data flows between SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, and other SAP applications.
- Ensure robust error handling, monitoring, and interface governance across the SAP landscape.
Governance & Quality
- Establish coding standards, naming conventions, security guidelines, and monitoring frameworks.
- Ensure upgrade readiness, release stability, and Clean Core compliance.
- Drive solution quality through architecture reviews and governance processes.
Required Skills
Functional Expertise
- Strong understanding of Data Integration, Analytics, and Enterprise Reporting.
- Functional knowledge of SAP MM and SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement.
Technical Expertise
- Hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- Strong knowledge of SAP BTP and enterprise integration architecture.
- Expertise in IDoc, EDI, OData, REST/SOAP APIs, and SAP integration technologies.
- Experience with SAP PI/PO or SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration).
- Strong understanding of SAP AIF, including interface architecture, monitoring, value mapping, and error handling.
- Solid understanding of ABAP/ABAP OO to guide and review development activities.
- Experience with Clean Core architecture, SAP extensibility concepts, and side-by-side development on SAP BTP.

Experience & Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall SAP experience with at least 4 years in a Solution Architect or Technical Lead role.
- Proven experience delivering multiple SAP S/4HANA implementations or transformation programs.
- Domain expertise in Procurement or Supply Chain, preferably within manufacturing or automotive industries.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Language & Soft Skills
- Fluent English communication (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- German language skills are an added advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and IT teams.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Structured, analytical, and quality-focused approach.
- Leadership, mentoring, and coaching experience with global and offshore teams.
