Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have
- Experience & Knowledge on Integration of SAP ME, MII with SAP ERP modules: PP, SAP EWM, SAP PCo, Knowledge on Integration of SAP ME with custom applications.
- Experience in support model & knowledge on Incident, Changes & Problem Management
- Provides service delivery as per ITIL process to accommodate flexible support. compliant with in the SLA to deliver effective resolution
- Provide Plant floor application Support in various site such as Wilton & San Diego
- Need to be involved in Transition plan activities with both Solution and Support teams to understand the complete application landscape
- Interact with customer and make sure high availability of application with on time support
- Coordinate with various support team and troubleshooting of technical problems.
- Coordinate & align with project & LCM team make sure application upgrades planned & executed well
- Evaluating customers factory requirements and problem areas
- Performing gap analysis of the key problem areas, evaluated multiple MES products for best fitment for the requirements and problems
- Drive the team of MES consultants to achieve the goal of integrate a most suitable manufacturing product globally for customer which is diversified enough to meet most of the problems and requirements
- Creating Functional and technical specification documentation.
Good-to-Have
- Develop PoCs, reports and web application in SAP ME & MII using AJAX, JavaScript, HTML5 and UI5.
- Knowledge in other MES products and solutions
