About the Role

We are hiring an experienced SAP Support Consultant to manage P3 & P4 ticketing, SAP debugging, and application support. The role involves troubleshooting, resolving incidents, and ensuring SLA compliance while collaborating with crossfunctional teams to maintain smooth SAP operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle SAP incidents (P3/P4) and service requests.
  • Debug and troubleshoot SAP issues, apply fixes/configurations.
  • Manage tickets via ServiceNow/JIRA/Remedy.
  • Collaborate with Basis, ABAP, Functional, and Security teams.
  • Document RCA and solution steps.

Required Skills

  • 810 yrs SAP Application Support experience.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ticketing tools (ServiceNow/JIRA/Remedy).
  • Crossmodule SAP knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills.
