Details:

We are seeking an SAP Analyst with strong expertise in IDoc monitoring and integration support to ensure reliable and seamless data exchange across systems. In this role, you will proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve IDoc-related issues to maintain business continuity. You will be responsible for identifying failures, driving timely resolution, and coordinating with both functional and technical teams to support smooth integration between SAP and external systems. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders including sales, customer service, finance, manufacturing, logistics, and other IT teams, as well as third-party partners, to ensure stable and efficient day-to-day operations.

IDoc Monitoring & Support: Monitor and manage IDocs using SAP transactions such as WE02, WE05, and BD87. Identify, analyze, and resolve failed, pending, or stuck IDocs in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoot IDoc errors by analyzing status records and error messages
  • Resolve issues related to mapping, configuration, and master/transactional data
  • Reprocess IDocs after issue resolution to ensure successful completion
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound IDocs
  • Validate and ensure proper posting of application documents created via inbound IDocs
  • Proactively identify recurring issues and implement preventive measures
  • Support and maintain integration between SAP and external/third-party systems (e.g., EDI, logistics platforms).
  • Monitor data flows between SAP SD and cross-functional modules (SD, FI, MM). Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
  • Quickly identify and resolve integration failures to minimize impact on business operations.
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, and IT teams. Coordinate with external vendors and partners for integration-related issues.
  • Provide timely updates and root cause analysis for critical incidents. Document issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures
Job Requirements

Details:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

    • 3+ years of IT experience, with strong hands-on expertise in SAP IDoc monitoring, troubleshooting, and reprocessing, particularly across SD, MM, and FI modules
    • 2+ years of focused experience in IDoc monitoring and support
    • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or ECC environments
    • Proven experience supporting EDI integrations within SAP SD, including troubleshooting IDoc processing issues, resolving interface errors, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure smooth data exchange across the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process
    • Good understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) end-to-end processes
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Finance
    • ABAP debugging knowledge is a plus
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and drive resolution of complex issues
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic support environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
    • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
