About the Role: We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, configuration, integration, and technical support of SAP SuccessFactors modules. This role involves working closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and IT teams to deliver end-to-end HR technology solution

Responsibilities:

Implementation & Configuration

  • 3-5 Yrs on Support end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules for the new geographies (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, Succession & Development, Time Tracking, etc.)
  • Perform system configuration, business rules setup, role-based permissions (RBP), workflows, and MDF (Metadata Framework) configurations
  • Design and build custom objects, business rules, and workflows in Employee Central and other modules
  • Create and configure Position Management, Foundation Objects, and Corporate Data Models

Integration & Data Management

  • 3-5 Yrs on Design, develop, and maintain integrations between SuccessFactors and third-party systems (Payroll, ERP, ATS, etc.) using:
  • SAP Integration Center (IC)
  • Dell Boomi / MuleSoft or other middleware platforms
  • APIs (OData, SFAPI, Compound Employee API)
  • Develop and maintain HRIS data feeds, imports/exports using SFTP, CSV, and integration tools
  • Perform data migration activities including template preparation, data mapping, data validation, and data loading using Import/Export tools

Technical Development & Customization

  • Build custom reports using Report Stories, Canvas Reports, Table Reports, and People Analytics
  • Develop Event-driven notifications, and alert mechanisms
  • Create and maintain Picklists, Business Rules, Admin Tools, and Provisioning settings
  • Manage Instance Refresh, Release Management, and sandbox environments

Support & Maintenance

  • Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support for SuccessFactors production environments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures, data discrepancies, and system issues
  • Monitor bi-annual SuccessFactors release cycles and assess impact of new features
  • Conduct regression testing, UAT coordination, and post-go-live support
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, integration design documents, and runbooks

Collaboration & Consulting

  • Partner with functional consultants and HR business teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Participate in requirement gathering workshops, solution design sessions, and sprint planning
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices to junior consultants and project teams
  • Collaborate with SAP Support for incident resolution and system enhancements

Certifications (Required
