Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development module

Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications

Configure Talent Pools, Succession Org Charts, and nomination methods

Support talent review and succession planning processes

Provide UAT, testing, and production support

Work with Employee Central and other SuccessFactors modules

Required Skills:

Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development

Knowledge of Talent Management and HR processes

Experience with Employee Central integration
