Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management
  • Gather business requirements and perform gap analysis
  • Configure system solutions following best practices
  • Manage data migration, ensuring quality and validation rules
  • Develop and deliver Story Reports (mandatory)
  • Integrate Succession Management with other SAP SuccessFactors modules
  • Support UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-implementation activities
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system support
  • Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams and stakeholders
