SAP SuccessFactors Solution Lead

Our client is looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Lead to drive HR technology transformation and lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors. The role will act as the internal solution expert, working closely with the implementation partner and business stakeholders to ensure solution quality, configuration accuracy, compliance, and successful deployment.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise across SuccessFactors modules, implementation governance, India payroll, and HR systems transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own solution design governance and validate configurations against business requirements and SAP best practices.
• Lead and review implementation partner deliverables, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Participate in fit-gap assessments, design workshops, testing, cutover, and deployment activities.
• Perform hands-on configuration, solution validation, impact analysis, and system enhancements.
• Drive module ownership across Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll (India), Time Management, Performance & Goals, and Succession Planning.
• Support SAP Joule and SAP Business AI capability adoption.
• Lead SIT, UAT, payroll parallel runs, and production readiness assessments.
• Ensure compliance with India payroll regulations, statutory requirements, integrations, workflows, and reporting.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Compliance, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Develop the post-go-live optimization roadmap and strengthen internal platform capabilities.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors configuration.
• Expertise in Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll (India).
• Knowledge of Time Tracking/Time Management, Performance & Goals, and Succession Planning.
• Experience in SAP integration management and HR technology transformation.
• Strong understanding of SAP HCM and migration to SuccessFactors.
• Experience managing implementation partners and leading solution design reviews.
• Knowledge of India payroll, statutory compliance, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• 10–13 years of experience in HR technology and HR systems.
• Minimum 5 years of deep SAP SuccessFactors solution experience.
• Experience leading at least two end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently as a trusted solution advisor and hands-on implementation lead.
