Job Description

Requirements

  • The SuccessFactors Solution Architect will lead the design, implementation, and governance of end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors solutions across Core HR and Talent modules.
  • Strong functional and integration expertise, excellent customer engagement skills, and the ability to align HR business goals with technology-enabled transformation.
  • Lead solution architecture for SAP SuccessFactors implementations, including Employee Central (EC) and Talent modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Learning.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand HR processes, challenges, and transformation objectives, ensuring optimal use of SuccessFactors capabilities.
  • Provide strategic direction on solution design, configuration, data migration, and integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis, propose design alternatives, and ensure architectural consistency across modules.
  • Work closely with project managers and functional consultants to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule and in line with best practices.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by leading workshops, presenting solution options, and offering expert recommendations.
  • Review and validate functional and technical specifications to ensure end-to-end solution integrity.
  • Support AMS operations and continuous improvement efforts, advising on release impacts and enhancement strategies.
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants within the SuccessFactors practice.
  • Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) with hands-on experience across the broader Talent suite.
  • Proven ability to design scalable, integrated SuccessFactors landscapes with an end-to-end process mindset.
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills with experience working with global stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) and related integration approaches.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Professional Certification in Employee Central and at least one Talent module.
  • Experience in AMS and implementation projects for global clients.
  • Exposure to HR transformation initiatives and cloud adoption programs.
