Role: SAP SuccessFactors-SmartRecruiters

Key Responsibilities
- System Architecture & Configuration: Lead the design and implementation of SmartRecruiters, optimizing the platform for global scalability.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a functional advisor to HR leadership and business stakeholders, translating complex hiring needs into streamlined system workflows.
- End-to-End Workflow Design: Configure and manage sophisticated requisition workflows, hiring processes, multi-level approval chains, and automated candidate lifecycle stages.
- Ecosystem Integration: Oversee the technical handshake between SmartRecruiters and external partners, including SAP SuccessFactors, background check providers, and global job boards.
- Data & Insights: Drive data integrity through migration support and the creation of advanced analytics dashboards to provide actionable recruitment insights.
- Quality Assurance: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), manage defect resolution, and spearhead Go-Live and hypercare activities.
- Best Practice Advisory: Champion industry-leading recruitment practices and continuous process improvement across regional and global teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience specifically in SmartRecruiters implementation, configuration, and administration.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid foundational understanding of global Talent Acquisition operations and the recruitment lifecycle.
- Integration Proficiency: Proven experience working with technical teams to manage API-led integrations and middleware connectivity.
- Consulting Skillset: Strong communication and influence skills; ability to manage global/regional stakeholders in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Autonomous Delivery: Ability to drive projects independently within a remote or hybrid work environment.
Preferred Skills (The Plus Factors)
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting or other enterprise HRIS platforms.
- Prior experience supporting Application Management Services (AMS) or complex, multi-country recruitment rollouts.
- Familiarity with global data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR) as they relate to candidate data.
