SAP SuccessFactors Security Consultant

Yash is looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Security Consultant with strong handson expertise in RBP, EC security, and secure integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience required: 5-8 Years
• Configure & manage RBP across EC, ONB, RCM, and LMS
• Build dynamic permission groups & manage granular EC permissions
• Troubleshoot access issues, workflows & target population mismatches
• Support quarterly release testing & postrelease fixes
• Secure integrations with ECC/S/4, IDM, IAS/IPS, and SSO setups

What You Bring

• Strong SuccessFactors security & RBP experience
• Deep EC security knowledge
• Experience with ONB 2.0, Recruiting roles & LMS admin roles
• IAS/IPS provisioning & SSO experience
• Bonus: SAP HR/HCM, ECC/S/4 or BTP security exposure
