Job Description
HIRING | SAP Successfactors Powerdocs Developer
Location: India – Remote
Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 6 Months Initially
Looking for candidates with proven, hands-on PowerDocs implementation experience.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Hands-on experience implementing 2–3 projects using SAP SuccessFactors PowerDocs
Strong expertise in XSLT and JavaScript
Experience with SuccessFactors RCM, Onboarding (ONB), and Employee Central (EC)
Hands-on experience with CMIS technology and SuccessFactors integrations
Knowledge of OData dictionaries, Manage Data, and HRIS Sync
Experience with SAML, SSO, and OAuth
Expertise in WebReports and LiveReports
Experience implementing DocuSign or SignIT digital signature solutions
Strong troubleshooting skills in document generation, data processing, and integrations
