Hiring For : SAP SuccessFactors - PMGM & SUCCESSION

Experience: 5-12 Year
Venue: Deccan Park, Plot No. 1, Software Units Layout, HUDA Techno Enclave, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081
Must Have:
- 5+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors/HCM Employee Central
- SAP SuccessFactors Certified Consultant in Performance Management, Succession Planning and Career Development
- Strong functional knowledge of the system, specifically Performance Management, Succession Planning and Career Development
- Good Experience in SuccessFactors platform functionalities, such as story reports, Role based permissions etc..
- Experience leading teams and driving their work to ensure project timelines are met
- Experience managing work streams, including monitoring for project issues and sound judgement for escalation
- Experience in E2E Testing cycles (UT, SIT, UAT)
- Superior communications skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
