GSPANN is hiring an SAP SuccessFactors (Payroll) expert to configure and support end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliance. The role focuses on Payroll Control Center (PCC), payroll configuration (PCR, wage types, schemas), and integration with EC Time Off and Timesheets.
Role and Responsibilities
- Configure SAP SuccessFactors Payroll, including Payroll Control Center (PCC), end-to-end payroll processing, and statutory compliance.
- Customize payroll rules for country-specific requirements such as allowances, taxes, and deductions.
- Configure Payroll Areas, Pay Periods, Payroll Schemas, Personnel Calculation Rules (PCR), Wage Types, and payroll drivers.
- Analyze business requirements, map them to SAP payroll functionalities, and deliver integrated payroll solutions.
- Troubleshoot replication errors, payroll failures, and integration issues across modules.
- Support testing, upgrades, and data migration activities during implementations and system changes.
- Provide production support, resolve payroll errors, and assist end users during critical payroll cycles.
- Configure and support EC Time Off and Timesheets to enable accurate time and payroll processing.
Skills And Experience
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Payroll and SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in Payroll Control Center (PCC) for payroll monitoring and process governance.
- Execute end-to-end payroll processing with strong exposure to statutory compliance and localization requirements.
- Configure Payroll Areas, Pay Periods, Payroll Schemas, PCRs, Wage Types, and payroll drivers effectively.
- Troubleshoot replication errors, payroll processing issues, and production incidents with strong problem-solving skills.
- Support payroll testing cycles, upgrades, patching, and data migration activities confidently.
- Work hands-on with EC Time Off and Timesheets for time management and payroll integration.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and provide clear communication during implementation and support phases.
