Exp: 7+ years
Location: Chennai
Experienced SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant with expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting SuccessFactors Onboarding solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Onboarding 2.0, integrations, business process configuration, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 solutions based on business requirements.
- Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
- Configure onboarding processes, tasks, compliance forms, document management, and workflows.
- Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Work on integrations between SuccessFactors modules and third-party applications.
- Conduct system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
- Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting.
- Prepare functional specifications and solution design documents.
- Support data migration and validation activities.
- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and project standards.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0.
- Experience with onboarding process setup, knowledge transfer, and compliance activities.
- Strong understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central integration.
- Experience in role-based permissions (RBP), business rules, and workflows.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors platform, MDF objects, and integration concepts.
- Experience in testing, deployment, and production support.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Certification.
- Experience with Employee Central, Recruiting, and Integration Center.
- Knowledge of SAP CPI/BTP integrations.
- Experience working in global implementation projects.
