Role: SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant
Position: Contract
Duration: 6 months
Timezone: US (EST/CST)
Must have
- SucessFactors certifications in ONB 2.0 and Employee Central
- Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors environment.
- Designing and Implementing of end to end ONB 2.0 Process from ONB 1.0
- Exposure to System Development,analysis and testing
- Experience in working with ONB Integrations to other upstream and downstream systems
Good to have
- Additional certification in any other SAP SuccessFactors module
- Knowledge in integrating ONB 2.0 to third party System
- Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state requirements.
Resposibilities
- Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes
- Good understanding of ONB processes in global organization
- Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors environment.
- Continuously upgrade self and customers with the bi-annual upgrades in SuccessFactors
- Ability to hold design session and conduct workshop
