SAP SuccessFactors - Learning Management Systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors LMS module to support global learning initiatives.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Manage course catalogs, curricula, assignment profiles, and user roles.
• Support system integrations (e.g., HRIS, SSO, content providers like LinkedIn Learning or Skillsoft).
• Provide Level 2/3 support for LMS-related issues and manage change requests.
• Create and maintain documentation including process flows, user guides, and training materials.
• Assist with reporting and analytics using SuccessFactors reporting tools.
• Collaborate with internal IT, HR, and vendor teams to drive system improvements and innovation.

Key Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS configuration and administration
• Understanding of SCORM/AICC content, learning paths, and blended learning models
• Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., SAP CPI, Dell Boomi)
• Knowledge of Learning Assessments, Surveys, and Certification Programs
• Strong understanding of HR and talent development processes
• Experience with user permissions, workflows, and data security within LMS
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Reporting experience (Canvas Reports, Plateau Reports) is a plus
