Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Solution Architect to lead end-to-end payroll architecture, design, implementation, and governance across global payroll programs. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in SAP Payroll/ECP, EC–ECP integration, payroll configuration, and enterprise-level stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead overall solution architecture and roadmap for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
  • Design and configure complex payroll components including Schemas, PCRs, Wage Types, Valuation Rules, Retro Payroll, and Off-Cycle Payroll.
  • Manage EC–ECP integration using Business Integration Builder (BIB), IDocs, APIs, and replication monitoring.
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, Payroll Control Center (PCC), validations, audits, and statutory compliance.
  • Define and lead testing strategies including SIT, UAT, Parallel Payroll, and Cutover.
  • Govern payroll data migration, reconciliation, and validation during implementation.
  • Act as L4 escalation point for critical payroll and integration issues.
  • Ensure compliance with global statutory regulations, GDPR, SOX, and audit requirements.
  • Engage with HR, Finance, Audit, and senior business stakeholders.

Required Experience:

  • 15+ years of SAP HR/Payroll experience.
  • 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll implementation experience.
  • Strong experience in global payroll implementations and support.
  • Expertise in enterprise architecture, governance, and stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP SuccessFactors certifications in EC and ECP.
  • Experience with ABAP debugging, user exits, and custom payroll functions.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
