SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Architect

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant with strong expertise in multi-country payroll implementations, specifically for UK and Spain payroll. The candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end ECP implementations and deep understanding of country-specific payroll compliance, statutory requirements, and payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementation projects.
• Handle end-to-end payroll configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Work on multi-country payroll implementations with focus on UK and Spain payroll processes.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into payroll solutions.
• Configure payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll control center.
• Ensure compliance with country-specific legal and statutory payroll regulations.
• Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams for successful delivery.
• Perform payroll reconciliation, defect resolution, and payroll validation activities.
• Support integration between Employee Central and ECP modules.
• Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Good understanding of Legal and Country-specific Payroll processes.
• Expertise in UK and Spain Payroll implementation and support.
• Hands-on experience in minimum 4 end-to-end multi-country ECP implementation projects.
• Experience in payroll schema/rules configuration and payroll troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of payroll integration with Employee Central and third-party systems.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
