We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors solutions, with a focus on Employee Central. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work closely with clients to improve HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions according to client requirements.
• Manage and support the integration of Employee Central with other SuccessFactors modules and third-party applications.
• Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure accurate configurations and functionality.
• Provide training and support to end-users and HR teams on SAP SuccessFactors functionalities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions to enhance HR processes and data management.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors updates and best practices to ensure optimal system performance.

Skills and Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation and configuration.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors modules, specifically Employee Central.
• Experience with data migration and integration techniques within SAP SuccessFactors.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools and analytics capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
