SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP S/4HANA Payroll Replication Specialist Position 5+ Yrs

About the role

The specialist will lead the design, configuration, and support of data replication from SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to SAP S/4HANA Payroll, ensuring accurate transfer of employee, organizational, and payroll-related information.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and validate the replication of personal, employment, organizational, compensation, and payroll-related data between SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP S/4HANA Payroll.
• Map and configure Employee Central data to SAP HCM and S/4HANA Payroll structures including infotypes, personnel actions, and cost centers.
• Configure and monitor middleware integrations using SAP Integration Suite/CPI or equivalent integration frameworks.
• Lead analysis and resolution of replication errors, interface failures, and data inconsistencies across systems.
• Develop technical specifications and lead comprehensive testing including unit, integration, regression, and payroll validation.
• Maintain documentation including configuration workbooks, mapping documents, and test scripts; collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT.

Required skills and experience

• Minimum 5 years experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM/S/4HANA Payroll with focus on EC to Payroll replication.
• Strong knowledge of Employee Central data models, effective-dated transactions, business rules, and organizational management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite/CPI or comparable SAP middleware tools for integration configuration and monitoring.
• Expertise in SAP ABAP for implementing and updating BADIs and S/4HANA enhancements.
• Proven ability troubleshooting interfaces, middleware issues, replication queues, and master data errors.
• Excellent skills in creating functional specifications, mapping documents, test scenarios, and performing data reconciliation between systems.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting payroll-relevant integrations including time management, benefits, costing, banks, and third-party applications.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation capabilities.
