Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and configuring the Employee Central module, along with extensive experience in HR processes. This role involves working closely with clients to ensure successful system integrations and providing ongoing support.
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) module according to client requirements.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and provide support during implementation and post-go-live.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Develop training materials and provide training to end-users on SAP SuccessFactors EC.
- Prepare documentation for system configurations, processes, and user manuals.
Skills and Qualifications
- 10-20 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors EC implementation and configuration.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices in Employee Central.
- Proficiency in configuring employee data, workflows, and system reports in SuccessFactors.
- Experience with integration of SAP SuccessFactors with other HR systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and provide training.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred.
