Job Description
- Minimum 23 full-cycle EC implementations as Lead or Senior Consultant.
- Experience in global template design and multi-country rollouts (preferred).
- SAP SuccessFactors EC certification (mandatory).
- Coordinate cross-functional integration with modules such as Recruitment, Onboarding, PMGM, Compensation, and Payroll
- Serve as the primary functional lead for EC across global and regional project teams.
