Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Developer with 5–10 years of experience in developing, enhancing, and supporting SuccessFactors solutions and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and support SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations between SuccessFactors and other systems.
• Work with Employee Central, Integration Center, OData APIs, REST/SOAP, XML/JSON, and SAP CPI/Integration Suite.
• Develop and support interfaces using APIs, SFTP, and other integration technologies.
• Troubleshoot application and integration issues and provide production support.
• Perform data mapping, testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Prepare technical documentation and work with functional/business teams.

Required Skills

• 5–10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors development.
• Strong hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Experience developing SuccessFactors integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Integration Center and OData APIs.
• Good knowledge of REST/SOAP, XML/JSON, and integration concepts.
• Experience with SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• SuccessFactors certification.
• Experience with SAP BTP and SFTP.
• Experience integrating SuccessFactors with payroll or other HR systems.
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors data model and business rules.
