Job Description

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Management Consultant

Project Description: This role is responsible for implementing Employee Central configuration changes & Time management modules (Time off, standard Timesheet) for European countries. The consultant must ensure that all local leave policies and accruals are correctly coded and that the system integrates effectively with existing payroll or third-party tools.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant

The necessary expertise in SF EC & Time off configuration is required for this role.

Project Description: This role is responsible for the core system build and data foundation of the SuccessFactors implementation. The focus is on migrating our core HR data from legacy Oracle HCM to Employee Central while ensuring that all business logic and security protocols are mirrored or enhanced.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to translate complex business processes into technical design.
  • Configure Foundation Data, MDF, and complex Business rules, Workflows setup.
  • Design and deploy the Role-Based Permissions (RBP) security model.
  • Lead data mapping and migration activities from Oracle HCM to EC.
  • Manage custom field requirements and ensure global data consistency.
  • Partner with Integration teams to facilitate seamless data integration between EC and downstream systems

Certification: Current SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is mandatory

 

2. Recruiting, Onboarding & Offboarding Consultant

Project Description: We need a consultant to build out the full talent acquisition and transition lifecycle. This project covers everything from the initial job requisition to the final offboarding checklist, with a heavy emphasis on automated workflows and digital signatures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure Job Requisitions, Applications, and Offer Letter templates.
  • Configure Recruiting approval workflows for compensation and offers.
  • Implement Onboarding 2.0, including custom MDFs, compliance forms, and DocuSign integration.
  • Set up custom notifications, checklists, and tasks for both new hires and exiting employees.
  • Should have experience in the Intelligent Services Centre (ISC) and Business Rules.

Experience: 10 - 14 years

Work Timing: 2 to 11 PM IST
