Project Description: This role is responsible for implementing Employee Central configuration changes & Time management modules (Time off, standard Timesheet) for European countries. The consultant must ensure that all local leave policies and accruals are correctly coded and that the system integrates effectively with existing payroll or third-party tools.
Key Responsibilities:
1. SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central ConsultantThe necessary expertise in SF EC & Time off configuration is required for this role.
Project Description: This role is responsible for the core system build and data foundation of the SuccessFactors implementation. The focus is on migrating our core HR data from legacy Oracle HCM to Employee Central while ensuring that all business logic and security protocols are mirrored or enhanced.
Key Responsibilities:
Certification: Current SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is mandatory
2. Recruiting, Onboarding & Offboarding Consultant
Project Description: We need a consultant to build out the full talent acquisition and transition lifecycle. This project covers everything from the initial job requisition to the final offboarding checklist, with a heavy emphasis on automated workflows and digital signatures.
Key Responsibilities:
Experience: 10 - 14 years
Work Timing: 2 to 11 PM IST
